Exploring the Soul through Art

In every creation, there is a little piece of me.

I am Vinda Shinde, an artist and calligrapher based in Kolhapur, India. My practice is rooted in the belief that art is more than what we see. It is what we feel, remember and discover within ourselves.

Working across painting, mixed media, oil and calligraphy, I explore the relationship between form, colour, detail and emotion. My work moves between the recognisable and the abstract, bringing familiar subjects to life through expressive compositions and a distinctive visual language.

My creative journey has evolved alongside a professional background in engineering, management and supply chain operations. The precision, patience and discipline developed over more than sixteen years in the corporate world now find a different expression in my art: in every brushstroke, every letterform and every carefully considered detail.

Today, through my paintings, calligraphy and personalised creations, I seek to make work that feels personal, meaningful and enduring.
